• Team Collaboration: We thrive on teamwork and need someone who enjoys working closely with others.
• Attention to Detail: From arranging displays to assisting customers, a keen eye for detail is essential.
• Social Media, Merchandising, and Marketing Skills: Proficiency in these areas is a big plus!

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet clients and assist them in finding the perfect products.
• Perform tasks to maintain the shop's appearance.
• Manage your time efficiently to handle various responsibilities.
• Accountable for store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain excellent communication with both JEMercantile team and guests
• Think creatively to continuously improve our store.
• Provide carry-out service for customers completing transactions.
• Answer phone calls, direct them appropriately, and assist clients or take messages as needed.
